This page explains what Happy Move ("we") collects when you use happymove.app and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you give us for a quote or move: name, phone, email, addresses, move date and inventory.
- Account details: login email or customer code and a scrambled (hashed) password.
- Messages you send through the Happy chat assistant or our forms.
- Basic server logs (IP address, pages requested, time), kept about 14 days.

How we use it
To prepare estimates, schedule and carry out your move, contact you about it, and keep the site secure. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with

Approximate location
To pick a nearby city for the weather forecast on the quote page, our server looks up the city of your IP address in a database stored on our own server. Your IP address is not sent to anyone else and is not saved. IP geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
